2010 - GLOBAL IT SERVICE DESK
Formulated a program to analyze and select the best-of-breed industry solution to manage an international IT service desk based on ITIL practices. The program was a global deployment for a distinguished engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firm earning $5 billion in revenue annually.
2013 - GLOBAL DATACENTER RELOCATION
Relocated a central data center from Texas to South Carolina, involving 39 mission-critical Line-of-Business applications. The $5 million project converted legacy hardware infrastructure to modern virtualization standards and transitioned the business' application services with zero unplanned outages.
2015 - GLOBAL ENTERPRISE GOVERNANCE PROGRAM
Developed, implemented, and operated a $150 million Architecture Review Board (ARB) governing technology section, lifecycle, and change management for an $18 billion Fortune 200. The program was based on Enterprise Architecture industry best practices and integrated with ITIL compliant change management.
2016 - BLOCKCHAIN VENTURE SELECTION PROGRAM
Developed key analysis, valuation, and selection frameworks to vet blockchain startups enrolled in crowdsourced incubator and venture programs. The work process sorted high-potential project candidates for startup funding and launch services.
2017 - HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES IoT EVALUATION
Led the technical analysis of various program opportunities for a major Venture Capital firm to select innovative projects to award startup funding. The final selection involved evaluating the readiness of a Hazardous Substances Early Warning Network based on IoT technology for one of America's most prominent Nuclear Research facilities.
2017 - TOKENIZED KYC PLATFORM
Developed a blockchain platform to encode regulatory Know Your Customer (KYC) credentials into a blockchain-based Non-Fungible Token (NFT) designed to permit identity reuse without the need for repeated exposure of an individual's personal information.
2018 - INDUSTRIAL PROCESS QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Designed and managed a software delivery process responsible for quality control and error detection in advanced engineering designs used to construct a $40 billion Liquified Natural Gas Plant in North America.
2019 - SOFTWARE DELIVERY PROGRAM REFIT
Provided consulting services to revamp the software delivery program used to build online banking software that primarily services credit unions. The engagement provided standardized methods to surface requirements, evaluate priorities, and manage variation in software delivery.
2020 - INDUSTRIAL PROCESS INTEGRATION
Implemented end-to-end process integration for an industrial manufacturing plant that solves the integration of key business processes like specification gathering, pricing, material production, and invoicing. The solution structures proprietary component data into a standardized taxonomy that enables I/O automation for a series of manual and high-touch processes.
